3. Bidding & Daily Updates

Anyone meeting the age requirement may submit bids.
At the end of each day, the current highest bidder’s username and bid amount will be publicly posted.
When the countdown displayed on the listing ends, the highest bidder wins the right to purchase the guitar.

4. Winning a Bid

All payments must be completed after the countdown ends and before shipment.
If the highest bidder does not complete payment, the opportunity will be offered to the next highest bidder, and so forth.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods include: Wise, PayPal, Stripe, cryptocurrency, and direct wire transfer.

6. Shipping

Guitars are shipped worldwide to any country where shipment is legally permitted.
Buyers must provide accurate shipping information and are responsible for any customs, duties, import taxes, or related fees.

7. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for all costs related to the product, including but not limited to shipping, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and insurance. GuitarKiss.com provides only the platform to bid on and own rare products.

8. No Returns

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once an item has been paid for and delivered.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent bidding, false claims, or any behavior that disrupts the fairness or integrity of the platform.

10. Liability

GuitarKiss.com is not responsible for direct or indirect harm resulting from use of our products or for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. All guitars are sold “as listed,” with descriptions provided to the best of our knowledge.
